Paradise Pointe invites you to escape the outside world and discover a new one, in paradise, at our assisted living facility. We offer private one-bedroom suites equipped with large living spaces, handicapped bathrooms and amenities you are sure to love! A small number of private studios are also available for those that want a smaller space. We also have a small number of adaptable 2 bedroom suites. Although all of our suites are private, couples are welcome and our larger suites are designed with walk in closets and larger living spaces to accommodate two. Lastly, our community is pet-friendly for those that can still care for their furry family members.

Admission Assessment

Upon admission, an assessment is performed by one of our nurses who collaborates with you to develop an individualized wellness plan to meet your specific needs and preferences. Our goal is to develop a plan for you to maintain your best health through activities, nutrition, and assistance with medication and activities of daily living. We talk with you about your interests and hobbies to develop specific activity plans as well as help you to try new activities and create new friendships. Assessments are performed on a regular basis in order to determine if there are changes from your baseline. These assessments are done through daily interactions with staff as well as through technology tools that our staff utilize. If changes are noted, the nursing team will communicate with you, your physician and your designated family to adjust your plan as needed.
